About the photo, you can see the hole only goes only about 20 feet down and you can see drainage pipes. The hole was caused by a weak sewage infrastructure that had a large apartment sitting on top of it, a storm hit and the apartment collapsed in on the sewage system.

It's abvious that it was bulaacad (sewage) infrasytucture that gave away.
