Is That Hargeisa? why do they chose to build similar looking buildings in Somaliland but a difrrent colour? why dont they use some of the style in Bosaaso and Gaalkcyo!

Daaaaamn I saw that on the Video, but never knew it was That Big... i actually saw the Construction when they were building that Building from the Beginning in Burco they were Digging some massive hole in the Centre of the city...
