Unless you are a cab driver or can't afford to get to your work place, I don't see why that should be a valid reason to quit your job.

Wallahi I met this cab driver who has more money then a MBA holder. This dude owns houses in Kenya, Somali and in the U.S. He told me he started with a rented Taxi and now owns 7 cabs and people drive for him, while he cruises around the world.

No, you don't leave your work 'cause they delayed giving you a car. It could be a cost control, they don't think you need the car, or other reasons. You can leave your work on your own reasons but be sure you have a job lining up before you leave. Remember, it is a tough economy and if you have been there for a long time, you may want to stick to that job. Good luck bro.

Usually if they think you need a car to perform your duties, companies give it to you right away because your productivity depends on. If they don’t have a car for you just yet and they think you need the transportation to maneuver, there is mileage reimbursement available for most companies in today’s world in using your own vehicle.

If none of these is provided then the need of a car exists only in your head. you need to take the bus like you always have and keep your job.
