For those of you who don't know Basra, she is an old lady so don't take all of her rants here real. She pretends to be a teenager but she isn't. She is a grandma, I mean her children have their own children. I think we should just respect her despite her endless tirade here calling every one obese and athiest

There are alot of Somali home health care companies that can take Basra in and treat her accordingly.
