afisoone you are more than welcome to built yourself a big ass villa anywhere in Puntland. 
As for giving out a Degaan, perhaps we can replace the dirty sacads in Galkayo, and give beesha Madhibaan a neighborhood or so.
I will see to it once I become the Puntland President inshallah.
