I hope S.land politics continues to push forward and mature to a more inclusive system of governance. For a start 3 parties that have 3 idoors as prime and gudab as the second men is out dated.

My extreme suggestion:

Party-A Gudabiir as PRIME, Idoor as 2nd man
Party-B Hatri as Prime, Idoor as 2nd man
Party-C Idoor(HJ) as Prime, Gabooye as 2nd man
Party-D Idoor(HY) as Prime, Tumaal as 2nd man
Party-E Idoor(HA) as Prime, Akhiso as 2nd man

Yibir and any other groups will have to be incorporated into one of the above.

My innovative party system will assure the breakup and dilution of the Idoor strangle hold on S.land politics. This system is the only way to address their over whelming power hold on the political arena as they makeup 90%+ of the population.

In my view this is the next step in the evolution of S.land politics and will assure the unity, peace and progress of the population.

cirwaaq every one is represented in the govt , and if there are new parties we will see but for now there are 3 parties, if there is a person running for president or vice president from eastern sool or eastern sanaag nothing is going to hold them back they should do so its their country as well

The existing parties were setup for the benefit of Idoor and gadubiirsi.

Everyone must be given the opportunity to feel part of the dream, even the somaliweyn folks like the Samatar brothers.

Take it from a partial democracy to a full democracy... where any party can even make the campaign pivot on the somaliweyn arguement.

If a dhulbahante/warsangeli person is running for office in Puntland they get the support of their tribal men so the chance of a dhulbahante/warsangeli getting the two top seats in Somaliland is almost impossible.
