I was in Las Anod last election time a lot of people with the voter registration card did not vote because they said meesha Isaaq iyo Gadabiirsay ba tartamaya inaga maxa naga galay marka waxaan ku yidhi marka cardka maxaa ku falaysa oo uu qadatay waxay yidhahdeen they were told they can't go to hargeisa without that card and that the reason why they registered themselves. If we have candidates in the next election there will be higher voter turnout.
