Who is your role model?

Salaam All.

Please don't harrass me before you read the question..

Muslims follow the Prophet Muhammed (SAW) and his way of life, we love and admire him of course.

So many Muslims will answer Prophet Muhammed (SAW), but my question is.... Who is the living role model in your life? Someone you look up to and like to take advice from? And why?

I.... really don't have a role model. I just live to be alife. I don't follow anyone but, as you said before, Prophet Muhammed (SAW).

That's good brother, but don't you have someone in your life that you want to be like? Maybe a family member, or a friend?

Well, I don't wanna live up to the cliched "I wanna be like my daddy" or "I want to be just like my mom when I grow up," So, nah. Nobody.

He is my friend, he is my role model. We go our seperate ways, but when we faced with hardship, we seek solace from eah other. We are our own seperate entities, but we share common values and a rich meaningfull history. We fought many times, but it is only a fraction compared to the times that we didn't. We have little in common in our hobbies and choices, but we know and respect what each one of us likes. He is my older brother. He is a jolly nice chap.
