The Borama accord also claims the chairman of the parliament should be from the Harti tribe if the President is Isaaq & the VP is Samaroon. We don't follow some of those accords anymore though.

djibsomali. You can hardly blame Isaaqs though. Harti made a big mistake when some decided to join Puntland they lost alot of positions they were entitled to in Somaliland.

according to the borama accord Rayaale could not become president but he did , because we threw the borama accord out of the window he became president a fiqishini so can a muse cabdalle he can run for chairman of the parliament. because he is from somaliland. or a madhibaan.
