They want to keep us in this perpetual anarchy due to the untapped natural resources of Somalia, the geostrategic location of Somalia, and the overwhelming Muslims in Somalia. No I never did, because all I have ever seen is Somalis killing, raping, and maiming other Somalis.

You sound paranoid there. I don't think there are ruling elites who are working in the background fanning the fire.....Somalis are keeping themselves down and in all honesty, Somalis are not ready for modern civil governance...Somalia is going through the dark ages....obviously there are people benefiting from this but I don't think anyone can keep you down unless you consent to it. Blaming others is what you do when you are not ready to accept the truth.....and that is partly the problem.
