Al shabab attacks new Amisom militarybase 2 killed 5 wounded

2 people were killed and 5 others wounded after heavy fighting and shells between Islamist militias of Al-shabab and government soldiers backed by the African union peacekeeping force took place in the capital Mogadishu last night, reports said.
The battle began as Al-shabab fighters attacked AMISOM military bases at Maka-Al-mukarama road in Mogadishu and both two sides exchanged fires and shellings that could be heard all over the city.
The dead and injuries were all civilians and no one body knows the casualties of the warring sides.
Reports indicate that shillings were falling into remote areas away from war zones although major of clashes occurred at Hodan district of south the capital Mogadishu and no one knows the exact number of casualties that it caused up to now.
the fighting between Somali government soldiers backed by AMISOM and the insurgents continues consecutively the latest two weeks and always occurs at two shifts evening and early morning although heavy shells heard in the mid night.
The situation where the fighting happened last night is reported to be calm now.
