Somalia: Heavy confrontation clatters in Somalia’s capital

Confrontation between Somali government troops joined by AMISOM and Al-shabab fighters pick up in Somalia today.

Reports say that clash exploded after TFG troops backed by African Union peacekeepers were assaulted by al shabab forces.

Three people dead more than five injured in the Hodan and H/wadaag districts witnesses told the somaliweyn Correspondent in Mogadishu.

The clash presently continues in local villages like Hodan, Howlwadag, Bondere, and Abdul-Aziz in the Benadir regions.

The majority of the fighting told to the press has taken place in the districts of Hodan, H/wadag, Abdilaziz and Bondhere in the capital.
