I think not, unless you're using it for non-married person, then it's 100% harram.

Think of it in this way-- if condoms were haraam, and interfered in Allaah's swt procreation procesess-- God would have not have allowed humanity to discover condoms. So in essence condoms have a purpose, and its ok to use them. Another example--if God wanted people to stop dying from aids --he would have allowed a human to discover a cure. The moral lesson? What God did not approve, it will not happen. :up: :clap: :clap: :clap:
