Ethiopian army Active inside Somalia disrupting Civilians

Jig Jiga — Forces from Ethiopian military on Monday sealed off the border of the mainly ethnic Somali region under Ethiopia under Ethiopia administration with Galgudud region in central Somalia.

The mover of closing border came after Ethiopian forces seized more business trucks which en-route to Somalia's north western regions, Namely Somaliland.

All trucks were loaded with livestock in a bid to export them from Berbera port in the break away republic of Somaliland. Reports from eastern Ethiopia suggested that the Ethiopian military ordered all drivers to drive the trucks to the town of Jig jiga in Ogaden region.

Some of the drivers told Shabelle Media Network that the Ethiopian military used take illegal money when shuttling between Somalia-Ethiopia borders.
