men are weird creatures, what ever you do, dont let the brother get a sniff of your feelings, cuz in general we men like to conquer the enemy land and make them submit to us...but an enemy land requesting to be conquered, no matter how much we would like this land, we tend to abuse our position and take the piss on more occasions then you would accept...i would advise you to have silly convo's and find out bit by bit wazzup with him, before u make that killer blow that makes him forget his mommas name
