"every one brings joy to this office.....some when entering....some when leaving"

with emphasis on JOY.

Is she indirectly trying to tell me something?

Depends how you read it. She means some people bring joy to the office when entering because she likes them and others bring joy to the office when they are leaving because she doesn't like them.
