Cumaar--Never heard as Laab Dilaac before interesting.

Jamaac- All I have is Soy Milk and it didn't help at all. I had some ice cream also but it didn't work either.

is not the spicy that gives laabjeex is mixing spicy with oily food that will give u laab jeex.

Yeah, it's definitely the spicy with the oily food mix that gave you the heart-burn.

Intaad salkaa wayn dhulka ka qaado supermarket-ka tag oo caano soo iibso soy milk waxba kuu tari maayee.

If nothing else works, is mantaji then dib dambe ha ugu laabanin waxaasoo kale.
