Whatever happened to General Dhumaal? Was he not the head of the TFG armed forces? Dhumaal was hardcore.

Well he is above 5'0" tall so it is unlikely that is Ethiopian. As for Tutsis the ones I came across did not look Somali. They looked more like Turkana than Somali. I am pretty sure he is Somali.
