Xamud, the job was half done by the ICU when they cleared it out after 15 years and the TFG supports returning property over to rightful owners. If you have the drive to go in now anyone can get back their properties after a little effort.

Nice house. Are they moving back there or are just planning to sell? My cousin who is a real state broker is currently in Mogadishu. He just sold this large estate in Mogadishu that belonged to a northerner to these Southern businessmen who want to build a resort there.

Yh BV, I'm quite surprised at how strong the structure still is but then again I don't know the extent of work redone because the house itself seems to have brand new paint.

Most villas in Mogadishu haven't really been affected by fighting. All they need is a paint job and some landscaping.
