kkkkkkkk , so the government doesnt control electricity?,,,,they pay the private company for the service?,,,,so where do they make revenue,,,,these private companies are contracted by the government and give the majority of their earning to the government,,,, with a compatent leadership if these companies fail in their job they can be replaced immediately,,,,,a few days, week is one thing,,,,but almost a month is inexcusable,,,when will the government step in and stop the suffering,,,has farole made any statements?,,,,or is garowe have electricity so he doesnt care
