How come in the 10 years I used the Internet I have never interacted with a person from North Korea in North Korea?

I have seen people type from a village in Somalia to the mountains of Chile. Internet is global even in war zones like Somalia but North Koreans dont even know this great tool exist.

Btw...all those pics are from Pyongyang I'm not mistaken...that's like the centrepiece for the NK govt and used for propaganda purposes. Only a privileged few can live there.
