Rise of the Overrated Apes

I expected an action packed thriller and boy oh boy what I was disappointed. The ending had a sad laissez faire feeling to it and the plot was semi-retarded compared to how they advertise it. That's it for me anyways, no more movies till The Avengers inshallah.

On a side-note: I felt the brainwashing techniques this movie tried to instill in its audience, convincing us that Apes are in fact related to humans and all that other evolution nonsense, anybody else watched it?

Glad I didn't watch it, him and Thor are retarded superheroes and I wish they weren't in the Avengers movie, but at least the main character will be Ironman and Hulk is in it as well, so its worth it, just as long as don't give Captain America time on the screen then I'm good.

Don't get me wrong, there was action, just not enough for my expectations. It certainly wasn't the worst movie I ever watched but this was the movie of the summer for me, and the media was over-hyping the living day out of it after its release, I think I heard some critics claiming it was the movie of the year?? doubt it.

I sorta lost hope in this the minute I found out that both Ant-man and Wasp were not in the film. I don't care for Wasp much cause she was useless but how can they leave out Ant-Man, a founding member of the Avengers.

It ended quite abruptly, poor storyline, not enough action. Decent though. Most films tend to be dissappointing anyway e.g. horrible bosses.
