Can you tell someones clan because of specific characteristics both physical and non-physical cuz these are the thing I associate with certain people. Firstly it is always the accent that gives them away whether itd be djibouti, south, mudug, bari, somaliland galbeed etc. Then it is the words that they use for certain things due to regional variation. For some reason it is always (middle aged/elder) women of each group that have a very particular look and give it away.
Dhulbahante women tend to have a very short, round nose.
Hawiye women tend to have rounder faces are shorter and darker and quite religious.
Often women from the south they wear their scarf tied up i.e. african style.
Djibouti women tend to be more loose and have a sexy accent to match but they also wear Somali dirac outside often
