OKay question about Calories

Okay so heres my question so I know that if you consume more than you need and work out you can weight stays the same- and if you comsume less then you need and work out you loose the weight but my question here is if your consuming less the daily intake of calories then you need BUT you consume foods that are like oh idk lets pizza, chocolate chip cookies, and what not BUT maintain a calorie intake of less then 2,000 so about 1,600 lets say and you work out you will be able to like lose that right or is it that you need healthy foods? HELP! confused !

But look at the quality.To maintain a healthy body,u need more than just fat and carbohydrate.U need all the nutrients that u r body needs and those are not available in a pizza diet.

U can have a slice of pizza =200 calories or a small salad for the same.Which one do u think packs more benefits for ur body?altho both have the same number of calories?

Another thing is the glycemic index of what u r eating.Having a couple of cookies for lunch might fill u at the moment but how far will it take u.U get a very fast sugar high,spiking ur glucose level very instantly to only drop rapidly.

As a woman your concern shouldn't be calories but this mind trick mirrors play on women. I think women in general look at mirros with their third eye. they always talking about how they gained weight and even the skinny ones seem to be obssesed with weight constantly comparing themselves to anorexic celebrities.

Ps...Obsession with mweight and not say Bismilah is a dangerous thing :lol:

Thank you guys/gals for the respond back - I was just a little confused it makes more sense to eat something that has the same amount of calories and does your body good then that of which can actually not give your body the nutrients you need :rose: :D
