Being madly in love - Your family and the people around you approve
Sixir - Your family and the people around you don't approve

Nope
because you can be madly in love and your peps refuse it.
But being in a spell makes one behave in a very wierd way.
You can argue that one who is in a spell cuts family ties in case the family shows some signs of disproving while being madly in love will make one be rationale to some extent.

When the family approves of the couple then seeing them madly in love will be celebrated and no one will question whether not it is genuine
If the family does not approve and the son/daughter seems to be madly in love then without a question of doubt their child has been sixired.
That is how the cookie crumbles in the affair of love and marriage and family.
The one who is in love technically should not be able to tell the difference.

They are both the same, since the end results are the same.

Sixir love you value the person, real love you value the vagina if you are a guy, and if you are a woman who value whatever the ass-whole possess e.g wealth and wealth.
