Obama may send troops there as he did in Uganda. What is the logic behind this army swap? Ugandans in Somalia fighting for American interest while American army is fighting Ugandan rebels inside Uganda? Somalia is too dangerous for Americans?

because it's allot more risky to send troops to Somalia, and if 1000 bantus die no one will miss them or protest against their death, so that is why sxb,
