-Corruption with Foreign Aid's received by Ministry of Foreign Ministry and Presidency's Office

-Foreign Policy not based on party or goverment princibles, but on individuals interest.

-People with no experience in any goverment of public office responsible for Foreign Policy

These are more ingenious and smart ways of corruption, more difficult to proof then using the goverment funds directly.
