According to an insider the deegaan settled by Labo Musa in southern Togdheer ( Musa Carre and Musa Ismaaciil) along the Ethiopian - Somaliland border is set to be named as a district within Somaliland in the upcoming months and some populations are set to move to the new district from Ethiopia to Somaliland. Most of the mamuul (governors house, jail etc) have been finalised. The governor will be Musa Ismaaciil (Reer Cawl) and vice governor Musa Carre. You heard it here first.
