There are a total of 2,000 households in Garowe with internal piping, 4,000 households and businesses with electricity, and phone lines are the easiest to setup and access.

These are the catalog entries from Mubarak Construction:

It is a question. Why are you so sensitive?

Do they have internal plumbing, electricity and telephone lines?

A simple yes or no answer would be appreciated.
