My legs are not hairy .. but they are so dry !!

but i have the horrible DRYY skiin .. like most africans who live in these cold country

Exfoliate, this brand is good if you can find it but any will work



Drink plenty of water and eat fruits and of course moisturise! Its shocking that there are people who dont moisturise after a bath/shower

use st ives aprocot body scrubs ... make you use quite hot water to open the skin.. then use e45 or neutrogena dry skin cream

or the best somali method use buurcad

LOL Tell us how you clean urself, dont be shy to tell the details

Soap defatts the skin, if you give the body the rest it needs (usually one week) it will repair itself.

Use soaps with neutral ph value which is 7, they´re are usually below that rate, around 6 or 6.5
