Finally reer Burco are getting smart and noticed that badhtamaha Burco (especially Afgooye district, Abu Dubai and northern part of Qasabka) yara la isku cidhiidhiyay it's getting overcrowded. Xukuumada Somaliland and especially Reer Burco need to lay their focus on districts on the outskirts of the city, like southern part of Qasabka, Hodan Qaylo, London and Octoobar. Haduu ilaahi yidhaa Burco will absorb Yiroowe soon, followed by Beer & Qoryaale.

Xaafada Octoobar and Hodan Qaylo are way too Big already we use Live in Hodan Qaylo, weliba Xagga Fog and its too far from Suuqa, everyone wants to get closer to Suuqa thats why this area are getting Packed...

At the moment i want to buy land in City Plaza and New Burco!!! Yiroowe is not all that...

For a Normal Villa With normal 4 Bed its around $ 25.000 --$30.000 for a Quality and Beautiful one $50.000!!!

The Houses are all the same prices, but the Land is expensive, you closer you get to the Suuqa its More Expensive... so thats why all the Qurbo Joog should invest in their Own Little Burco on the Other side of the River such New Burco and City Plaza....

A New Shopping Mal is being Built in New Burco area for the Qurbo-Joog
