Did you know Ethiopian prime minister Melez zanawi refused his troops coming under AU Command his troops that crossed the border into Somalia this week at the Igad summit yesterday in addis ababa he refused when suggested that his troops should come under the AU command. This means his troops are freelancers they can do what ever they want if they commit crimes no one can trial them for war Crimes just like in 2006 2007 2008 he promised a small army smaller than in 2006.
