Puntland is definitely a strong supporter of the .5 Somalis, it is the only place where they are safe. Our home is theirs.

This almost made be cry, Axmed Naaji Sacad was in Garowe yesterday doing a rare performance inside Somalia, his first since the civil war. When I saw him chatting with people, receiving love and respect, and being courteously welcomed, even begged to see the sites and enjoy the flavors of the local community, I could not hold back tears. It is 2011 no country in the world has clan based parliamentary system, this is shame Somalis should abolish these clan based 4.5 or 5.0 , they should make political parties where everyone can join regardless of their clan association.

Parliamentary members should be elected by the people they represent, it is unfair to the citizens if the new coming MPs are assuming power without going through some type of election in their jurisdictions.
