This shows you that Horn of Africans have a lock down on AU. when Somalia was peaceful, the AU headquarters was in Mogadishu and Said Barre was its chairman, and now that Somalia is in war, the AU headquarters is in Ethiopia.
what happen to big governments like Nigeria? South Africa? or even Kenya and Uganda?
