Hawiya: Very Defensive, Like to Insult everyone, But very Funny, I had a guy call me "warya Eritrea" Instead of my name for Years, lol It seems Like where you are from will determine how they will treat you. The sh*t they come up with or say is soooo funny even Non Africans laugh at it. They have a very good heart but use it in the wrong way sometimes. they do have this Habit though of Justifying Wrong things they do and expecting to get away with it. their Bonds with family is strong laaakin they get away with sh*t with their family that My family would hang me for. They do stick together and a group of them is likely to be all hawiya. They don't take anyone attacking them kindly, Even as a joke you have to be carefull with what you say because most are sensitive Especially if you talk politics or Give them hard times about their qabil.lol They hate darood to the point that they blame anything wrong with somalia to the darood. But they are the only one who are allowed to criticise them so in a way there is some somali love in there.
Darood: The all rounders of somalia, darood somali is the somali who would pray jumaa prayer then go to a party afterwards, Very sociable and can befriend anyone, Very funny People, Very proud and each darood you will meet will tell you about his clan History and who is he related to to famous somali even if it is his 12th cousin, They Like to win you over and they have a good method of doing that, they are extra nice and supportive and they know how to convince you of the idea's/thinking. Saying that they are also Cunning and wouldn't hesitate to get to what they want without using you, the more closer you are to them the more they would tell you of their secrets and what they think of others, some is disturbing and others is Funny, They are very smart Business people and in a fair trading Environment would prevail over many others, their too much pride though sometimes Veil their Judgement of others and Like hawiya Any attack on their qabil is a deceleration of war. Like the hawiya they don't like Non somali taking a shot at hawiya so again somali love there. Its a motto Really between hawiya and darood Internal Hate Outside hating is not appreciated.lol
Isaaq: Not many i have met but one i have met is from ogaden and one thing for sure is they love politics, all they talk is politics, the only other thing that they talk more of is....POLITICS. they got the whole Horn History and politics locked up. They will tell you about any ethnic group in the horn its history and conflicts and most of the time they got it worked out. Any secret in the horn they know about it, Which makes you think if isaaq rules The whole horn they will have a Reign till yom el qiyama because they know about everyone and how to deal with them. Which is scary in a way especially when they ask you about clans In eritrea and their buried Hostility that happened 800 Years ago, these people are no joke when it comes to the horn politics. Their nature is laid back, as long as you are not somali you can give them hard times about their qabil and they wouldn't take offense to it, laakin if you are somali and non isaaq watch out. maybe because they think you mean it as a joke while if you are somali its more than a joke. They love to talk and Gain more knowledge, Their only problem is from what i observed is Loyalty, and gossiping. what they will learn will get passed around and they don't know what to hold or release, sometimes their words is meaningless and their promises are worthless, Unless you know their habit you wouldn't understand them but if you are use to it you can expect it. their way of thinking is unique though, they are open minded, i wish to see ONLF ruling ethiopia because the thought of them Holding power i would buy popcorn and spend my whole day on the internet because sh*t will be interesting In ethiopia as long as they rule it. Correct me if i am wrong but are isaaq and darood related or split from one qabil Historically???
Issa: The few i have met i never got along with, had problems with them due to their arrogant behaviours, especially when addressing my somali Friends who weren't issa. they always must try to bring other somali down and insult them if they are among No somali, One of them even told My cousin he has to unfriend His somali Hawiya/Darood Friends he told him to go and get ****ed straight away. they underestimate people all the time, they think other horners are dumb, and they can't take it when you give it back to them, Their Nature is not compartiable with other ethnic Non somali groups in the horn and Lately i have observed they have a foul mouth and say things in the wrong place to the wrong people, they are also very ciunning in a bad way and would say something to you while thinking of the opposite in their minds, just like Ethiopians. Not really My cup of Tea.
