Don't know about the smartest country, but the smartest city is Eindhoven, Holland. Its hard to believe that this tiny city, with less than 250k inhabitants, introduced the light bulb, the MRI scanner and the LED lamp and it is the birthplace of renowned multinationals such as philips, heineken and bavaria lol

That's a 2 year old study. But it is interesting that Russia isn't on the current list :lol:

I really don't accept any study as 100% fact. There is always room for error. And this study clearly has errors. Nonetheless..

Its definitely not entirely authentic, But i dont know how off theyre on the figures on college degees, especially if its from the college board.
