Isaaqs Attack President Sheikh Sharif 4 Supporting Khaatumo

The President of Transitional Federal Government of “Somalia” Sheikh Sharif Ahmed violated the communiqué highpoints by recognizing illegitimate soi-disant administration called “KHAATUMO” within Somaliland’s international border (colonial border of 1960). The “KHAATUMO” outlaws are creating instability in eastern regions of Somaliland particularly Buhodle City.

Ali Khalif Galaydh is head of such criminal gang and recently met Sheikh Sharif in Mogadishu, to get more support for his illegal armed activities in Somaliland. Sheikh Sharif is providing all forms of support to the “KHAATUMO” militia in order to weaken Somaliland development.

Sharif’s main objective was to destabilize Somaliland and rule out any future political discussions with Somaliland. He is trying to bring Somaliland into the 21 years old chaos of “Somalia”. This is clear violation of London Conference Communiqué.

The international community must stop such illegal activities of Sheikh Sharif against Somaliland democracy and stability. Somaliland will defeat the bandits and defend its border with all possible mechanism of self-defense. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Prime Minister David Cameroon and “Somalia’s” well-wishers must stonewall such illegal activities by Sheikh Sharif, if not, the Somali situation in the region may get into more chaos.

Khatumo is a legitimate federal entity which meets all the criteria.it is a result of local clans trying to define their own distinity and self-determination.We support them Politically,financially,Morally,and even if need arise Militarily in the future.Remember,The Idea of somaliland was a union b.w clans and if some clans dont want to be part of it anymore,there is no way you can force them as just you dont like to be forced into somali union.Somaliland has failed in the ideological war and now it is the political war and in the future it will decided in the battle field.The Simple idea of all southern unionists marching to hargaisa ,carrying the blue flag and reclaim their glorious past is becoming a reality everyday.

Abakar,personally I've said I don't think anyone can decide what others should or should not do in this case. Obviously there are some who live in the ssc region (like buhdoole and sool) that are out of touch with the rest of the country they should leave if they want to maha qasab. Laakin this war and tit for tat business is unnecessary and I think that its mainly orchestrated by diasporans looking for kursi, which is why I am against this silly dhaq dhaqaaq dab loo baahnayn bay ka shidayaan in regions that are poor.
