The British Navy was by far the best at that time and whoever controlled the seas controlled the economy...whoever controlled the economy ... I think you get my point.

Hey how do you use the Hotspot shield thing? It says it connected on my browser but still can't view the BBC video because of the restriction. I've been looking for something like this for years.
