a rebel group who are somali-like in appearance called Touarag...So the Malian army got pissed off with its government for not protecting the integrity of the nation....btw, this is a by product of Libya's war...Qaddafi had them touarags under control...they were fighting for him..now they took the weapons and now wanna have an independent country...
