The South African Company is simply managing it. The Somali Government runs the customs & immigration & is the highest authority at Adan Abdulle International.

It is a matter of time as security and normalcy improves that such buses will be available on the streets of mogadishu.

Again, Mogadishu International Airport (MGQ) shows why its the premier airport in Somalia: baggage screening, security screening machines, baggage x-rays, comfortable seating areas, daily international flights, excellent cafe (nicest sandwiches) etc.

We are the pioneers; others are imitators.

Seriously, though, its so cool seeing previously vehemently anti-Mogadishu folks all of a sudden bragging and repping Mogadishu. Can't wait to be the head of customs and immigration at Aden Cade International just to send the haters back after a thorough interrogation

This is the kind of mentality that destroyed the city in the first place...

Duh! Mogadishu is the capital city of Somalia, hence it will have everything better than other towns in Somalia.

Being the capital city doesn't mean anything or else Washington D.C, Ottawa, Abuja, Canberra, Brasilia and Pretoria would be better and more advanced than the cities that are larger than them in their own country It's a shame that no city in Somalia has even come close to Mogadishu considering what it has went through in the past 20+ years.
