At work around this time I tell Myself don't worry, when You go home afur time You'll eat like a animal. Afur time comes I have timir, like 3 malawax, shah and I'm full..By the time the main course comes I'm done. I don't really eat suhuur, and pay for it later on.

Re: Everyday Same Thing
When i was a kid a family relative stayed with us and one day he noticed that i wasn't eating much so he told me "when you're hungry, eat food for gaajadii ku haysay, gaajada ku hayso iyo gaajada ku qaban doonto". Last time i was in the uk i was with my uncle having dinner at blue ocean when his phone rang, it was the relative from 14 years ago now living in the uk and was in the area. Few mins later he stopped by, sat down with us to eat but not much. So i told him the same thing he told me when i was a boy and he couldn't stop laughing. Murax, isku qasab cuntada intaanan ka shalayn gaajada sxb.

I usually dont venture past the first few MALAWAX's, by the time i get to the 4th one am already feeling full so i stop there.
(Casho) which is suppose to be the main dish to fill you up before you hit bed, i dont attempt for i am full from the 4 malawax's.
But i do wake up Suxuur and eat what i can.

The point I was tryna make though was its wierd how when You're super hungry, Your appetite is like half what it is when You're not hungry.

Re: Everyday Same Thing
My experience is that I usually tend to lose the hunger about midday, if my sahuur is weak. I get bloated, so I don't feel hungry any more. A bit of ginger ale helps a lot come iftar time, but even then I can't eat more than a modest serving. I find that eating a hefty sahuur helps the most. Eat light food, but eat a lot. That way you'll stay hungry for longer, and hopefully right till the iftar.
Oh, and stay regular. Major difference.

3 malawax is nothing. I can do 10 on my normal appetite.
