No I don't mean eating raw meat. I mean raw vegetables and fruits. No meat in your diet. I am going to try that since my engagement party is coming soon.

yea definitely has some health benefits. But its far too hard for me to do lol

You need meat in your body. Its not healthy going on a raw food diet.

From the little research I've done raw food diet seems amazing.. Hopefully one day I'll be on it..
