Favorite for Speaker: Professor Jawaari officially announces

Post by The`Republic »

he is running.

Balcad calls him the "favorite" to win. He is from the Digil and Mirifle clan and a constitutional law scholar.

Farmaajo & Cabdiweli supporters are hoping Jawaari becomes chairman of parliament. LOL This 4.5 thing is a joke.

I thought it was Shariif Axmed who wanted Jawaari to become speaker initially, it suddenly changed to Gaas plan. I see how Jawaari would serve the hawiye and darood candidates. Remember if Farmaajo and Gaas lose, they are eyeing the PM position which is no less important than the president post.

Sheikh Sharif, Gaas, and Farmaajo and their supporters are united behind Jawaari.

for sh sharif it doesn't really mater he doesn't care if an mj is his prime minister

He just wants to secure the presidency

So if jawaari get the parliament speaker than he has lost one candidates

But he is still facing two darood candidates abdiweli and farmaajo

I think jawaari plan was not sh sharifs but faroole

Sh sharif can't trust the habargedir votes they will go to farmaajo

Farmaajo is too nice to become president. He is too democratic, too lenient, too bureaucratic for today's Somalia. Somalis needs Sh. Hassan sh. Aden who will buy people left and right, make connections with influential partners, and rate people on how they serve him than the country. When he lost the speaker, Sh. Hassan sh. Aden got the most lucrative post in the TFG-maaliyada. This guy will never lose, he will never disappear unless of course he is killed.

Cirwaaq ma nacasbaa, who even talks about Somaliland in today's 4.5 Somalia. No big isim or even someone who lives in Somaliland participates in this conferences and power sharing administrations since they declared independence.

That's what I wonder all the time whenever I read most of what he posts.

It is almost always so irrelevant, outlandish, inappropriate to what is being talked about. It is like watching a down syndrome kid try to throw a nugget of wisdom in a non-special education course. While that thought is a little disturbing, witnessing such a situation is always blank stare inducing. :)

the 'republic do not make the ideal the enemy of the reality. we all love to see a peaceful Somalia where democratic rule takes place and people are elected on merits than 4.5, but sxb is that the Somalia of today where we not long ago had Yalaxow 'wasiirka ganacsiga' though he probably never finished school, has no advanced degrees let alone anything close to his position. We are talking about the same Somalia where Sakiin was threatening a minister with fake diplomas and that never derailed his campaign.

For those who think Sheikh Shariff would rather have shariff sakiin in the president race are dead wrong. Shariff if he manages to get rid of sakiin as a major contestant will see farmaajo, and gaas as his rivals. These two both being from the same beel, could split some of the supporters who would go to one of them if they were only running. You want your enemies to divide up their votes as much as possible, while you try to retain the biggest base to come out. One thing for sure, none of these races are going to be finished in one or two rounds.

Sagaashan, tuug la qabtay talo ma leh. As you said, sakin will just use who ever is beneficial for him, not to rebuild the country, but to siphon off as much of the wealth as possible.

PO,

I know sh. Sakiin is qaa'inul wadan, but who will prosecute this guy for such criminality. It seems he is being rewarded for through through seeking higher positions.
