Security/millatery forces must be loyal to Somalia

And only Somalia and it's citizens , We don't want police,millatery or security force loyal to individuals or any past or present leaders after all leaders come and go , but for a nation to function effectively you need to recruit them from all walks of life , every region,town and city and they must be well paid for , I think that is one of the main important duty before the new leaders and all of us , as a nation We used to have a millatery forces that We were proud of , so let us rebuild it again and even make it beter one this time.
