I think Yemenis along with Somalis are among the best reciters in my opinion

somalis and southern yemanis, value quran education in very young age. while arabs start teaching kids at age 6. but i wouldnt say they are best. saudis and egyptians are the top.

hyper, somalis are good memorizers qur'aanka si fiican ayay u xafidaan haa sacuudis and egyptians are masha'allah as well
shirib, sudanese are very similar to somali recitation how traditional somalis recite i.e. our parents grand parents etc

Tawfiq as-Sayegh is one of the best reciters. Born in Asmara, Eritrea.
