You misunderstood me in Somaliland isaaq doesn't give positions u have to get it ur self so isaaq will never give the second positions to daarood we dont have a 4.5 power system Daarood in Somaliland =15% of the Somaliland population isaaq and gadabuursi are 85% of the Somaliland populations And when some in Somaliland has a running mate he needs votes from every village and city in Somaliland. that's why since 1993 The President and vice president is either isaaq or Gadabuursi.
