Incompetent ministerial directors ruin government performance: Prof Jawaari

The Somalia’s speaker of Parliament Prof. Mohamed Osman Jawari has warned incompetent ministerial directors of federal republic of Somalia created inconvenience to day to day activities of the government.

The speaker said that inexperienced and incapable directors sabotaged the overall performance of Somali Ministries.

Most of incompetent ministerial directors were announced by the former Somalia president Sh. Sharif Sheekh Ahmed.

In parliament meeting , prof Jawari said that, the quality of the governance and that of Somalia ministries have been gradually decreased by untrained and inexperienced directors.

Meanwhile the speaker of Somalia’s federal republic supported federal system in the country saying federalism is constitutional, and regional states should be finalized to make the upper house representatives.
