Somalis age real quick

I've seen 50 years old Somalis that can barely walk straight?? is this some to do with the food we eat? This reminds me this old lady I saw @ Wallmart. I was helping her load her groceries to her car, and she told me she was 95 Imagine a Somali mom in that age

you must be exaggareting there has to be an underlying medical condition causing for the 50 yr old's inability to walk but they do infact age very quickly specially our women since they endure too much qahar, not eating balanced diet and probably too much stress might be factors in premature aging

If the person is sick or is under huge stress, then he/she will age quickly...but I don't think Somalis age quickly...unless the person drinks alchohol...those people age fast, regardless of race or gender!!!


The other day, I saw a white lady, I liked the dress she was wearing so I complimented her...then....she asked me how old i thought she was? I looked at her and said hmmm 50s, she smiled and said i am 78 and I jokingly said to her did you find the fountain of youth? She said...I walk and I drink plenty of water, water is my secret...anyhow, i tend to think water is sometimes over rated, or is it not?hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

it depends... i think with the women it happens a lot worse if they don't watch their diet cause if they're eating sweets and shaah all the time, you'll be too heavy and then your knees will give out

with the guys, it seems like all somali dudes get a beer belly when they get older

in terms of looking old though, i think Somalis age like other black people do and as say they say, black don't crack

In my family, there's a stark contrast. On my mom's side, all my habaryars for the most part are health and exercise freaks with a couple outliers. They eat tofu and shid and live on the treadmill

On my dad's side its the opposite..

In my family there are 7 siblings i am 3rd oldest

but i look younger then the 4th and the 5th.
