Ok, but her excuse was that she is married, a kinda of arab culture. She is barawani.

I don't get the point what her tribe got to do with not shaking hand ? Man and women who are "foreign" to each should shake hands, its an Islamic duty not a tribe culture.

yeah but she said " she is married to a man" and therefore cant shake other men. i meant barawani being arabic or having arab culture. what does mean "im married to a man and i only can shake hands with him"?

As I said this is an Islamic duty not to shake hands, with people on different gender who are not your closest family. Is totally nothing to do with the great people of Barava.
