EU build the jail so they find a place to lock the pirates. as said before its looks like a five star hotel compared to condition of most ppl in Puntland.

What is this! This will encourage all the homeless youth, both men and women to commit crimes, so they can be locked up in that 5-star Hotel like luxury, which most people don't have in Somalia. Only Reer Puntland criminals should be locked up in this new prison. Other foreigners should be locked away in dungeons somewhere else.
